Am confused because I press on the Whatsapp button and the app launches but completely fails to connect online. I tried everything in the past three days but has completely refused to work. Does it need to be activated in a different way?
Seems you haven't installed internet settings to your phone yet. They vary from one mobile carrier to the other so would advise you call customercare to ask for yours. They should then be pushed to your device within minutes or might have to enter them manually by yourself. After that, open the new internet profile and set it to allow application access. That's all you need for Whatsapp to run, no other special activations.
